What Happens to My Gift Voucher If I Don't Show Up?

Booking a hot air balloon ride with a gift voucher is a fantastic way to celebrate or surprise a loved one. However, if you fail to show up for your scheduled flight, certain conditions apply to protect the value and integrity of the experience.

Gift Voucher No-Show Policy

If you miss your scheduled hot air balloon flight without providing advance notice, your voucher will be marked as used, and the flight will be considered redeemed.

Key Scenarios:

• If the balloon flight takes place and you do not arrive:
   The voucher is automatically considered redeemed and is no longer valid for rescheduling.

• If your flight is cancelled due to poor weather:
   We’ll offer you a free rescheduling option for a later date. Your voucher remains valid in this case.

• If your voucher was purchased as a gift envelope or paper voucher:
   The payment is non-refundable in the event of a no-show.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Terms

We understand that plans can change. That’s why we ask all passengers to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they’re unable to attend. This allows us to reschedule your flight and offer the seat to someone else.

Please note:

• No-shows without notification are not eligible for refunds or new dates.

• Rescheduling within 24 hours may not always be possible, especially during peak season.
